The food i was served was not the quality that I would expect from your company if this what I got what about everyone else who have been served to day. And for my chicken as you can see my thumb is the same size and as for my peace of chicken that looks like it was out of the rubbish bin. That i played 3 dollars for . This joint needs a complete overhaul. The other reviews should be exactly why no one should come here.
I ordered a Sweet Tokyo Variety Feast and there was a smidge of Sweet Toyko Sauce over the chicken, what makes it even better was that the chicken was pink in areas which led straight to the bin.
I then got given 6 bits of chicken which was about the only average thing in the whole order, even though two of the pieces were less than the size of my palm.
The chips were so salty to the point of going to the bin.
To top it off, you forgot my nuggets.
Never again, go somewhere else if you're in the area.

Was absolutely disgusting and almost a box of greasy oily sickening slop, chips on the top were nice then once you clear the top few it was squishy and some even under cooked, popcorn chicken was great potato and gravy was nice. Now to the chicken, we had a family feast and only 3 pieces of the chicken we could eat, 1 was burnt, and the rest was so greasy and oily we threw it out.
I really hope head office sees this and does something about the quality of food coming from this restaurant.

I don’t think I’ve ever written up a complaint but, this store definitely deserves one. I will never go back to this store again. Couple of weeks ago we got a feed for my family and literally every chicken was undercooked, called in and the manager in charge asked for me to send photo proof to their email ( which I did) they gave us a new order but forgot some things from the original order which, we let slide. My sister went again today and the food just tasted gross. It tasted like the oil they fried the chicken in hasn’t been changed and the batter was still a bit wet on the wicked wings. Now, we’re islanders, and we’re not very picky with our food so, if we say it’s gross and not edible then, it’s definitely gross. I called the store to ask for my money back and the manager on shift was rude and sounded like she didn’t believe me.
Literally everyone we know that has been at this KFC store, mentions it’s the worst one here in Melbourne and it’s sad to say that I now think so too.

Please tell me this is not right. The tenders were tiny, the size of a nugget! We asked if we could get them swapped as this was not worth the money and the manager was called over. She said that this is just how the batch came and there’s nothing they can do about it. I understand that but when we asked if there was any sort of compensation we could get as this is less than half the size of regular tenders and she persisted with saying there was nothing we could receive in compensation.
