Why did you give me old fried chicken and nuggets when you were the one who said you would make them fresh? My house is so close, yet you couldn’t even manage to deliver it properly.
I’m not surprised at all that your restaurant is rated only 3.1 stars. The service is absolutely terrible. My house is just 5 minutes away, but because I was busy, I couldn’t pick it up myself—and your service was truly awful.

I just ordered the chicken by Uber Eats from KFC located on 550b S Gippsland Hwy, Lynbrook. It was disguised when I received it. Look at the colour of the chicken pieces. The taste was yucky as weird as not cooked enough. Today over 40 degree temperature, it can cause food poison to my family especially my kid. I and my family are very disappointed with this kind of food quality on my order. Therefore I expect that won't happen again.

Raw chicken sold with krispy outside these people don’t know what they are doing always stuffing the order up even when they look at the screen your order is on 4 -6 times still mess it up gravy gets put in the box’s with lid off so when ya move the bag it spills undercooked chicken chips over cooked nothing is ever correct or properly complete this business needs to be shut down an properly managed the right way

inconsistency in chicken quality, some times over fried burnt or too dry. Napkins???? Has to be your lucky day. sometimes they will not put one, if you ask then still they might give one or 10. short of staff so dont expect the tables will be clean during dine in. but still i love KFC.

Don’t buy from this KFC. The quality of the chicken is awful as other reviewers have pointed out. It’s tiny, overcooked and overflowing with oil. The chips are soggy, and have no salt so it tastes worse than paper. The zinger burger is also below average.
There are only kids running this store who couldn’t care less about any of this. I question the cleanliness of the food as well.
There’s a night and day difference with other KFC stores.
