McDonald’s is a reliable go-to for quick and convenient meals. The food is consistent, service is generally fast, and it’s great when you’re short on time. Clean stores and easy ordering make it convenient. Sometimes it can get busy, but overall a solid experience.

I had a terrible experience yesterday at 3:00 p.m.
I used the ladies bathroom, no toilet paper in all 3 toilets. When I asked for toilet paper, the female staff member did not do it immediately and responded with an abrupt "I'm busy".
She spotted me waiting at the counter again after still chatting to staff, and finally got 2 x toilet rolls to bring to the bathroom.
When approaching her in the bathroom to ask why she only bought two rolls out instead of three, I asked her, "is this a hard thing to do"?
She stated, "like I said I've been busy". Her tone was aggitated and defensive, and disrespectful, which was completely unnecessary.
There was no one else in the restaurant.
This staff member in particular puts McDonald's to shame. She has no customer service no pleasantries and was very hostile.
I would not recommend going to McDonald's if she is ever on shift it is a very unpleasant experience.

Went through drive through, couldn't understand girl taking order, this happens constantly and then she had to get a code to give cash change. People were tooting at me for taking so long. The waiting bay should be reserved for me, it's a miracle I haven't got a parking ticket. This store has gone down hill...new owners??? Coffee's OK

Our whole order was horrible.
The Large fillet o fish meal the fish tasted off, the chips were cold and hard still the drink that was supposed to be coke tasted like was soda water.
The 10 pack of nuggets were cold.
We were All sick after eating our food.
After spending over $35 I definitely won't be eating at this establishment again

Went for the grinch meal. I had been told another didnt have them so I asked do you have the grinch meal. They said yes but told me they didnt have a box so it would be in a bag, is that ok.
Yes fine.
