i went through the drive through just to get a simple meal (mega meal) everything was fine till i opened the quarter pounder box, oh boy instead of a quarter pounder i got a mega pounder and it was STACKED, looked like someone was bored and decided to mess with my order. they sure weren't lying about the meal being "mega"
i didnt even get a burger just meat and cheese stacked upon each other, its one thing to mess up an order by accident but by THIS amount? at that point its done intentionally

Unbelievably bad. I was not expecting much from McDonald's, but this was frankly insulting. The franchise has no right to charge what it does for the abysmal products it serves. Frozen drink was completely melted, chips cold, oil logged, stale and underseasoned, about 5 tiny shreds of lettuce on the burger, cheese slice was halved! They can't afford to use a whole slice of cheese?? It doesn't even taste like food. It's so obvious the company and workers don't care about food quality or respecting the consumer, clearly they don't need to. They're so successful because we keep giving them money. Everything is done to maximise profits that they don't even need!! The company is already worth a disgusting amount of money. And we're all helping it get richer buy paying for this crap. Hungry Jacks isn't any better, but at least they will use a whole slice of cheese on their burgers. It's my own fault for ordering, and I know reviews will do nothing to a company this established, but they need to be called out.

This McDonalds is always empty. The only people in there are the staff n delivery drivers waiting for orders. And it’s always freezing in there. The food is average, and rarely tastes fresh. N the staff don’t even talk or make eye contact with u unless they’re calling out ur order. It’s the only McDonald’s on our way from an appt or I wouldn’t bother. Probably one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been too in a long time. So far from what Maccas used to be, with kids n families n a great atmosphere.

I have 2 situations. I ordered my pops and they had obviously been microwaved. They legal can’t microwave them due to health and safety and it burnt the top of my mouth. I just ordered delivery and apparently they don’t have the ability to fully fill up the containers. Really annoying to open the bag to not even half filled fry boxes

As the manager on duty, you should be ashamed of yourself. A child asked you for water, and you ignored their request, showing a lack of care. What kind of customer service is this? You should reconsider your approach and do better.
