Ordered through ubereats, the bag and burger wrapper were drenched & the buns soggy. I assumed it was from the sauces & ofc a bit of grease. But no, it was the patties completely undercooked. I basically ate defrosted patties warmed up on the grill. Literally just finished vomitting, and just having to explain this is making me lethargic all over again. This is a health hazard, definitely looking into how to report this.

I hate to give bad reviews but this place makes me McDissapointed
When I tell you their slow I mean slow.
You can wait 20 minutes for a hamburger and chips. 20 minutes for a frappe another day and 20 minutes for just Chips another.
I say 20 minutes but with the way the workers work it feels like longer.
Standing waiting for my food I see 9 items of food sitting in the slope waiting to be bagged that haven't moved since I arrived.
I can see my order, sitting there for 3 minutes and hear "just his fries" when the station is full of fries.
There is also this older woman who seems to get agrivated at customers too easily and continues to be mad. Getting upset when complained to is normal but slamming bags and raising your voice isn't. Especially if your team stands there talking. I would like to say they are short staffed but in reality I think they just need new staff.
Some are nice but some just do nothing.
After waiting 10 minutes and writing this review I am still waiting even though my order now has chip.

This Mcdonald’s was the WORST mcdonald’s I have ever been to. There was food on the floor, the bin was full, dryers were disgusting, one of the taps didn’t work in bathrooms, broom and cleaning products were left out in restaurant. We ordered 2 large vanilla cokes with our order and they tasted like straight soda water, we also saw a couple before us getting refunds on their softdrinks as well. I brang them back up and it took 5-10 minutes for someone to serve me, workers were looking at me but not serving. I ended up getting two fresh drinks from another machine and they were still disgusting and no flavour what so ever. I ended up going back up for a refund as they were not drinkable and again it took 10 minutes to be served. By the time I got served and a refund my food was stone cold. The manager claimed “She didn’t know why the soft drinks didn’t have flavour”.. How does a manager not know the syrups need to be refilled. Also people were complaining as no one was in cafe until something was said to the manager. I work in fast food so I am never one to complain but this was the worst experience I have ever had with fast food.

Absolutely one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. Customer service at McDonald’s Tarneit is shockingly poor. There were not even 4 customers inside the restaurant, yet staff completely ignored counter customers and only focused on drive-through.
The staff were rude, unprofessional, and had no idea how to speak to customers. I personally witnessed multiple customers complaining in front of me after waiting more than 25 minutes for simple orders. No apologies, no urgency, no respect.
I tried to speak to the manager, but no one had a name badge, which says a lot about how poorly this place is run. On top of that, the uniforms were filthy, covered in oil, and clearly hadn’t been washed properly. Zero hygiene standards — extremely concerning for a food business.
I honestly don’t understand how this store is being managed. If you’re not going through drive-through, don’t bother coming inside — you’ll be ignored, disrespected, and left waiting. Management seriously needs to step up, train their staff, and fix the hygiene issues immediately.
Completely unacceptable.

I don't know what has happened to this branch, how do people give the food quality .
Give some order, these people are giving something.
Even if there is Last Burger in this world and I feel like eating it, I will never order from this branch in my life.
