Having lunch there with kids every weekend for almost a year. 6-8 sitting spots, enough for a family. Great deals through their app, especially on Saturday. Love the crust of pizza and cheese garlic bread. The owner is great, kind and welcoming. Highly recommend.

The Worst Pizza Experience in Tarneit
Visited Pizza Hut Tarneit expecting a quick, decent meal left stayed hungry. The pizza arrived cold, soggy. The crust was chewy in all the wrong ways the cheese tasted artificial, and the toppings were scattered like an afterthought.
It’s hard to believe this is from a brand that once set the standard for pizza chains.If this is what passes for “Pizza Hut quality” it might be time to hang up the apron or seriously rethink the kitchen
Save yourself the disappointment — there are far better local options that actually care about what they serve.
* Got a doubt whether they use a sauce bottle on the pizza or tooth picks to draw white lines.

Very disappointed with the quality of the pizzas I received. Both pizzas were extremely thick and heavy, and the base was soggy and greasy. The cheese pizza looked poorly made, with slices sticking together and not properly cut. The other pizza had uneven toppings and looked rushed. Definitely not worth the money. Won’t be ordering again. This is not the level of quality I expect from your store, and it has affected our experience negatively. I’ve attached photos for reference. So you can see the thickness

Ordered via the app, went in to collect and the young girl on counter didn't say a word nor looked like she even wanted to be there and the guy doing the pizzas was not in a uniform and looked very dirty
Ordered an epic pepperoni with extra sauce theres no sauce and barely any pepperoni considering i didn't order the normal pepperoni lovers
2 cheesy garlic breads that were caked with herbs and smelt disgusting
Butchers block pizza was okay but didn't ask for deep base and it tasted off
The only normal thing in the order was the one thing you dont make in store and thats the Hershey's cookie

I ordered a beetroot drizzle pizza and a cheesy garlic bread. I didn't get what I ordered and when I rang to question the error they hung up on me!
Not only was the order incorrect but the person who answered was rude and hung up on me.

THIS IS AN UPDATE; following the review I originally gave, they reached out and offered to remake the pizza and didn't charge me for it. This time the pizza was exactly what I ordered and it was delicious.
