I am a regular customer of BP, I residing in Tarneit and frequently fill up at your BP station on Leaks Road. While I generally appreciate the convenience and service, I have noticed that one or two staff members, particularly a person named Gaurav, have displayed behaviour that feels quite biased.
It seems to me that the service provided varies depending on the customer's country of origin or skin colour, which is disappointing and unacceptable. I am writing to express my concerns because I no longer have the patience to overlook this issue.
I kindly request that all customers be treated equally and fairly, regardless of their background. Equal and respectful service would be greatly appreciated by myself and, I’m sure, many others. 🙏

Today I went to the BP fuel station around 2:15PM to use the automatic car wash. After taking the slip from the cashier, I drove to the car wash area, but someone blocked the way and refused to move, saying they would get the slip . I explained that the entry should only be for people who already have a slip, but the person still refused.
When I raised this concern to the cashier, instead of helping, he told me he couldn’t talk to the person because they might get upset. This kind of response is completely unacceptable. Customers expect fair treatment and proper management, not to be left helpless in such situations.
This was my last visit to this BP station, and I won’t be coming back.

Had a car wash at 6:15 there was not light.I have asked representative regarding light he said it will automatically start.

Service is bad
Dont wantbto mention staff name.should put notice if they have ran out of sonething instead of fighting with customer.Wasted my time and now heading towards another fuel pump

Very poor customer service they have bp car wash i asked him to give me car wash coins bcz i dont have cash and no eftpos in car wash he said i cant give cash u have to buy something to get coins for car wash.its bp service station with bp car wash guy was forcing me to buy something then i will give u coins for car wash.
