I have been a member for 2 months and could not be happier. Great staff in the gym and canteen. I would add, the canteen of late has been really busy due to hot weather and families wanting to cool down in pool. Yet no matter how busy and indecisive the customers, they have remained calm and professional. Keep up the great work 👍

Decided to go to melton waves today and what a choice I made! I was met with a clean, maintained area and the pool was fantastic with it being clean and just the right temperature. But what really made my experience worth it was the cafe team member who I remember to be named "Hasali" she was patient as I looked at the menu to decide what I wanted and treated me with such respect + she made such good coffee. Great experience and will definitely be returning! :)

Ok, I used to love swimming here until I found poop in the pool, and realised it is very evidently not cleaned nor filtered correctly. Today my mum, sister and my sisters friend went to the waves I was on FaceTime with my mum and I saw a female lifeguard walk up to my 13 year old sister and very rudely ask her if she’s wearing bathers of underwear (they’re were bathers.. and literally were a matching set) my sister said um bathers and got very uncomfortable at the fact that people are very clearly looking at her swimming, and the things she’s wearing. About 10 minutes later a male lifeguard walks up to my mum and asks “are you actively supervising” …. 1, They are 13 and 2 she was literally sitting on the bench near the lane pool watching, and showing me them swimming on FaceTime. This was so rude and the fact that in the span of 10 minutes there were two rude encounters with members of staff. The overall vibe of this swimming centre is horrible, as a female old men stare at you while you walk from pool to pool, the supervisors/lifeguards look at you waiting to tell you off even when you’re doing nothing, and the pool is not clean! This all occurred at around 4:30pm on the day of this review (minus the poo in the water), overall horrible vibe and this should 100% be looked into, why are lifeguards questioning parents supervisor skills for 13 year old kids..? Is that not the lifeguards job? Additionally why are we walking up to literal children and asking them if they’re wearing underwear or bathers..? How about you look, or go find the parent. So incredibly rude, do not recommend.

I visited this swimming pool with my 2-year-old son and was quite disappointed. The facility felt very outdated and, unfortunately, not very clean. We also felt uncomfortable at times due to receiving unfriendly looks, which made the experience less welcoming. The wave pool was another letdown, as it wasn't operating at all during our visit. Overall, the venue needs significant improvement in maintenance, cleanliness, and atmosphere to be more family-friendly and welcoming for everyone.

Used to be a regular. The gym is adequate, however, the equipment is in need of replacement, especially the treadmills and weight equipment. The staff also could've been trained at that time in etiquette and tact as I was targeted for not having my towel visible (I happened to have a long beard and my hair tied back at the time, which I find no mere coincidence). The aquatic facilities even then were in desperate need of retiling, cleaning and renovation. It isn't hygienic to continue to allow band aids and things like that to remain in the water nor is it okay to keep the river rapids open for such contaminants. This place has been dilapidated and frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if it's completely abandoned by the community and the private overseers
