Went early Sunday morning. The drive-through was busy, but no other customers inside. Service was great and staff were very helpful. We had a large order of drinks and breakfast food, and everything was excellent. The toilets (two available) were clean, though one flush wasn’t working, which was disappointing for a new store. A quick fix, but if left too long it could impact customer experience when busier.

I visited Starbucks Melton today and ordered a coffee with double vanilla, however there was no vanilla taste at all, and the coffee was already quite cold.
I went back politely and asked if they could add vanilla. While the barista initially seemed willing to help, the interaction quickly became uncomfortable as she was saying i am batista for 15 years bla bla bla.
A manager stepped in without me asking to speak to him and insisted on explaining themselves, even though I clearly said I did not want to argue — I just wanted the issue fixed and to leave. It was later apparent that the order had been taken incorrectly by manager himself so it made sense why he was trying to argue.
What was most disappointing was the manager’s behaviour as I was leaving the store. Manager continued making dismissive comments from behind, rudely telling me that next time I should order through the app instead of in person.
I pay for a product and expect to receive what I ordered, served properly and with basic respect. Unfortunately, this experience felt unnecessary and unprofessional.obviously not coming back

Been a few times since opening. Not really a huge Starbucks fan so this review comes from a completely neutral place. Seems like there’s definitely more of a focus on making the drinks than keeping the place tidy, even when not overly busy.
You could try and blame the customers for leaving mess everywhere however the bins are some of the smallest bins I’ve seen at any restaurant or similar place of the same size. Given the size of the place they definitely need larger and more accessible bins for customers or at least have the employees changing them out more often. Every time I’ve been in there they’ve been overflowing.
Food & drinks are fine but nothing really that amazing especially considering the cost. $9 for a large drink/frappe you could get at Maccas for half of that and tastes the same if not better.
Overall not really that worth going unless you’re a diehard Starbucks fan and like sitting uncomfortably around piles of mess. Could be greatly improved.

Great new Starbucks! Beautiful decor and quick service. We ordered 3 drinks and it barely took 5mins. Very reasonably priced too, which I didn't expect.

Got takeaway Grande Capuccino from Starbucks Melton. I go to starbucks for consistency but was so dissapointed. Basically someone at the Barnsta emptied the whole milk jug into it. My cappuccino weighed a kilo and only tasted milk. Shame I only had a sip after entering freeway else I would have gone into the store.
A kind request.... just because there's a long queue doesn't mean you rush your coffees.
No issues with service or ambience. But coffee.
