I never received my ice cream after I waited 20 minutes for at 8:30 AT NIGHT
After around 10 minutes from ordering my IceCream Cone I was told that the machine wasn’t working and if I would like to wait 7 more minutes or get a refund I requested a refund and the staff member said she would have to get her manager for that,
so I waited around another 5 minutes and no one came to give me a refund so I asked someone if my order was still being made they walked off asked another employee and then started doing another task. I waited a couple more minutes and I never got the answer back. At that point other customers were getting Ice creams severed to them but I still had yet received mine or gotten a refund.
Also in another order it took them over 10 minutes to hand me a PopTop.
I am not happy with this service, I felt ignored as a paying customer.
no customer should have to deal with this as McDonalds is a FAST FOOD restaurant not a fine dining restaurant.

Usual level of slop from this atrocious excuse for a fast food restaurant. Stone cold food delivered that had to be nuked. Ordered extra pickles and onions because they usually have an aversion to including them. Instead they gave no pickles, onions or mustard, and added bacon. Flat coke. Burgers always look like they have been punched. Owners should be ashamed. Included a pic of the time before also... gives you a good idea of the quality.

Was told I can't swap my drink for a shake, I can't make my quarter pounder a double.
Whatever I thought, then I get home and check my order to find I'm missing half of my order and my chips ice cold, paired with warm biggers.
Disappointed.

Ordered in drive thru and asked for a code meal and cheeseburger. At the payment window they somehow missed the cheeseburger so added it back on. Getting to the pickup window they immediately had the bag ready so I asked to make sure the cheeseburger was in the bag. They said it was, and when I got home, I realised it wasn’t

Don't know what's going on with this place but I had severe nausea after eating here. Managed not to throw up so that's the plus. Drive thru service was great but it's a shame there is something wrong with the food.
