This store is a complete joke.
I ordered this meal with EXTRA black beans and fresh jalapeños. Instead of extra, they removed ALL the beans and didn’t include the jalapeños at all. Paying extra for items that are simply ignored is straight-up unacceptable.
And let me be very clear — this is NOT the first time.
This GYG Melton location messes up orders constantly. It’s a pattern, not a mistake.
The staff clearly do not read orders, do not check orders, and do not care. This is the absolute bare minimum in hospitality, and somehow this store fails every single time.
This is by far the worst GYG store I’ve ever dealt with.
Poor training, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers’ money.
Management needs to seriously step in, because at this point this store is damaging the GYG brand. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Offering tasty Mexican Street Food, Guzman and Gomez Melton sure is a nice place to visit.
Place was clean, service staff was very friendly and fast.
With indoor and outdoor seating areas plus a drive through for those on the go.
Definitely a nice place for the whole family to visit.

Charlotte in the drive thru was absolutely wonderful during a very busy rush hour in the GYG drive-thru. Even though it was clearly hectic, she stayed positive and respectful. She took the time to make me feel heard and didn’t rush the interaction, which really stood out. Good job GYG I will be back soon.

Not a single clean seat/ table to sit at in an empty restaurant.
Almost slipped over 3 times because of mushy fries being squashed into the floor which felt to walk on like it hasn’t been mopped ever… do better.

My friend and I have always enjoyed coming to THIS RESTAURANT for food and beer, but lately, the quality has been slipping. We’ve noticed a decline in the last couple of months. This time, the service started off well—our order was taken by a very nice lady. However, the food was cold, and the drinks didn’t arrive until 28 minutes after the food.
We ordered an extra bag of corn chips with guacamole, but when it came, the guacamole had black specks and cotton-like strings in it. I sent it back to the manager, but she never came to check in with us. We ended up finishing our drinks and some of the cold food, then left.
The restaurant itself wasn’t in great shape—tables were dirty, and we had to clean ours just to sit down. There was trash everywhere, and the employees looked tired, frequently taking breaks. The overall atmosphere was off. You can check the video from the time of our visit to see what I mean.
I believe the management and staff could really benefit from some additional training in all aspects of service.
