Restaurant was cheerful and the staff were lovely. My only complaint - and it's a big one - is that the Banh Mi was tiny. The guy came out clutching the bag and I was already devo'd at how little it was - it was more like the size of the bags that are handed over in carparks at midnight in nearby Sunbury than something that could house a meal for a working man.
Tasted fine, but I went around the corner to Foodworks to buy a bag of chips afterwards. Arrived hungry, left hungry and $12 poorer. Won't be back I'm afraid.

I might've walked 56 km from Melbourne, but this was the best laksa I've had here. Gisborne has no business producing world class laksa!! Extra punch from the smoky tofu as well.

Went for lunch and ordered dry egg noodles with fried wantons. It was a pretty standard but overall a nice meal. My partner ordered the rare beef pho and absolutely loved it! Usually other restaurant's pho have too thin of a broth with little flavour bit this time he left feeling very satisfied. The Vietnamese coffee was really nice as well, super creamy and strong. Can't wait to try more and hope all the best for the new restaurant.

The pho was delicious, very tasty, and had a great portion size. The nasi goreng was equally delicious. It's a very nice spot, away from the city. Recommended

We ate here twice while at Macedon. Our favourite restaurant at Gisborne. Spacious place and the food is cheap and good!
