Cost cutting McDonald’s. Bought a chicken and cheese burger. Was given a quarter of a slice of cheese. Took it back and had it remade to get about a third of a cheese. They then told me at the register that a chicken and cheese is only supposed to have half a piece in it. Checked one of the other burgers we ordered (arch) and they had a similar issue.
Dining room was filthy. Nobody was cleaning up.

Burger was in an atrocious state, with part of the bun being ripped. The most sorry burger there has been. Service was standard. The atmosphere was very dirty, with crumbs and food everywhere. Definitely not worth the stop.

I visited the store with my family and overall the experience was mixed. While the food itself was very fresh, which I really appreciated, there were a few small issues with the order. The 3 nuggets only came with two, some sauces were missing, and the Sprite didn’t taste like Sprite.
I completely understand that it can get very busy, especially at a place like Macca’s, and I know orders don’t always come together instantly. I’m more than happy to wait a little longer for fresh food, which was definitely a positive. However, it can be frustrating when small items are missing, as those details matter just as much.
In a store that’s constantly busy, it would be great if staff could better adapt to the rush and ensure orders are complete, or let customers know if there may be a longer wait than usual. Overall, the freshness of the food was a highlight, but improving attention to the small details would make the experience much better.

Hit and miss with this one. Usually OK service. Bit, there's been times when we've had to wait, and wait.
The burgers are messy. And they forgot the pickle on my quarter pounder.

Nice and quick at drive through around 6.45am. They got my order right and was still very warm. Hard to get parking after leaving drive through but found a rest stop just down the road on N side of Hume. Food still warm.
