Very disappointing experience.
One of the customer service staff members (Indian-looking gentleman with glasses) behaved in a racist and disrespectful manner towards the Indian community. He didn’t treat me good and his attitude was rude and unprofessional. This made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
Customer service should be respectful and inclusive, especially in a multicultural country like Australia. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better staff training.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at United. I paid to use their vacuum cleaner, but the charger wasn’t even working. The transaction went through, and when I asked for a refund, they told me they couldn’t give one. Instead, they handed me a key, but when I used it for something else, the staff were unbelievably rude about it.
They weren’t helpful, not understanding, and genuinely didn’t care at all. I left feeling offended, belittled, and treated like I was less than human. If a service doesn’t work, you’d expect at least basic respect or a simple resolution—but instead, I was met with hostility.
Honestly, horrible customer service. They’re charging for things that don’t even work, and then making you feel like absolute garbage when you try to resolve it. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

"I visited this fuel station this morning to grab a sandwich and coffee. Unfortunately, the service I received was disappointing. The staff member at the counter, who appeared to be a young lady, didn't offer any greeting or acknowledgement when I approached. What made this experience particularly frustrating was that after I left, she greeted the customer behind me with a friendly "good morning." As an Indian myself, I couldn't help but feel that the service wasn't equal. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it certainly affected my morning. The staff should treat every customer with the same level of respect and courtesy."

Absolutely filthy dirty, the tub with the brush in it smells like something died in it , took more money than l stated. Will never attempt to use again, the drive though cracked my windscreen once before, disgusting

This would have to be the worst service station bathroom facility i have ever used. The toilet was disgusting dirty, probably hasn't been cleaned in weeks. overflowing waste paper bin, no hand wash.Filthy doors and floor.I would be concerned about health and hygiene and the comfort of travelers. I wouldn't even use it.Only gave a star as I had to ,to be able to post.
