Great service at the ordering section of drive through. Turned very sour once we got to the food window. The young worker serving left our food on the counter and asked us to go and park the car. No manners or customer service skills used whatsoever. Food was like it had been sitting in the warmer for about 10 mins.

I visited the Wallan McDonald’s on Friday the 12th at around 7:30pm and ordered a medium 10-piece nugget meal with a chai latte.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Both the chips and nuggets were cold, and the medium chai latte had coffee in it. A chai latte does not come with coffee, so this was incorrect.
Overall, the order was not up to the usual standard. I hope this feedback helps improve quality and order accuracy in the future.

Hi, I most of the time stop at maccas drive through. May be once in a week. But today, i had very bad experience. I ordered mc spicy chicken meal and the burger patty is too hard, looks old and overcooked. Can’t eat it at all and when i asked for the tomato sauce, staff made really weird face. But I am totally disappointed today. I was too hungry but can’t eat that hard burger at all.

Tried to order from breakfast menu at around 11.20. The machine malfunction when I was going to pay and I had to change to a dofferent one. It was 11.29 and then became 11.30 and the breakfast menu ended. We told staff and he said sorry manager's not here so I cant make it for you? Like im sorry?? The breakfast menu juat ended and youre refusing it because I didnt order on time, when I literally did. Sorry youre so lazy.

Waited 15 minutes for this rubbish, thrown together, brown salad and spent the time while we were waiting watching the manager scratch his spotty neck;gross! Do yourself a favour, don’t bother.
