Unless you're prepared to wait a minimum of 15 minutes to be served and to have your order made don't bother. Waited 15 minutes for an ice cream and water. All staff looked like they had a better place to be. Server was chewing gum with her mouth open while doing chips and ice cream etc. Bin was overflowing.

Soooo slow, why did we have to wait almost 20 minutes for 2 cones? And they served multiple other orders that had come after mine. Printed off all the receipts and likely lost mine which is probably why I didnt get my food until I asked for it.

Bought happy meal for my son yesterday, the taste of 🍟 was way off, end up throwing into bin. Staff seems so tired of work, so service was impacted too

I was abused my staff after I took back cold chips and was told two minutes. I complained after ten minutes that the rest of our food was now cold and could I get a refund or something and the staff member started being aggressive and rude. I was handed fries and half a serve of replacement bites without even a word. Other staff were play fighting and messing around the entire time and the food and serve is deplorable.
