Absolutely loved the experience! Huge shoutout to Aditya and the team the food was crispy, cooked perfectly, and served super quickly. Everything tasted spot on and clearly made with care. On top of that, the staff were funny, friendly, and full of great energy, which made the whole experience even better. You could see how smoothly and efficiently everyone worked together in the kitchen.
Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Ordered 2 rolls with fries and drink on the app 10 min before arriving. Came to drive through and was told to wait for 2-3 min. After 20 min I walked in asked for my food. I was told they are cooking fresh and to wait for another 3 min. I am back in the car still waiting and it’s been another 20 min.
And I have had similar experience here twice before this.
Not sure what’s the point of drive through here.
Not returning here again.

Take away meal tonight featuring the charcoal chicken and fried chicken combo, complete with the chips and all the sauces needed .
The star was the charcoal chicken, it was juicy and I can smell the hint of charcoal. Reading from some review I guess I must be lucky cos some of them mentioned chicken being dry.
I wish they have the spicy version for the charcoal chicken that will be awesome.
Fried chicken , this one fall short of my expectation. More like crisp with a bit of soggy batter. Again reading from the review actually it was mentioned that the crispy chicken is decent but I guess not my case.
The gravy- I'm not a fan of it, it's guess the taste is just a bit different.
Garlic sauce- this is is good more like garlic aioli.
Tabouleh- this is not bad, perfect sides to wash down your meal and refreshing.
Coleslaw and chips are just meh nothing to write down about.
Would I go again? Maybe but looking forward to see if there will be a spicy version of the charcoal chicken coming.
Oh also the public holiday surcharge is kinda high so just beware of this charges
Ah also heard from one of my "minion" that the toilet there smell a bit funky so might be time for hygiene check probly team?

El Jannah came into my life at just the right moment, like a garlic-sauce-covered hero saving the day. I wasn’t looking for anything spicy, and luckily, neither was the chicken—it was pure, flavorful goodness, no heat necessary. The flavor was top-notch, but I have to say, this new store is still working on perfecting that *All Jannah* taste. It’s almost there, just didn’t hit as hard as other stores, but hey, they’re new, so maybe they’re still getting the hang of things.
Now, the seating. Outdoor only? I mean, great for the sun-soaked days of summer when you want to feel like you’re dining on a Mediterranean coast. But when it’s cold? Not ideal. Bayswater North has indoor seating, so on days when Melbourne throws us one of its famous four-seasons-in-a-day specials, I might switch it up.
I’m hopeful, though! I’m confident this store will get even better, and I’ll be back to test it out again soon. El Jannah is still the best chicken around, and I’m ready for round two!

Return visit today to The Gully store and the chicken was on point. Bursting with El Jannah flavour, generous trips well seasoned, good service and the burger was nice too! Upgraded to 5 star keep it up!
