Stopped by this place for lunch after our hike on the Kokoda track. This cafe is very conveniently located at the entry of the Kokoda track memorial walk.
The food was quite good and service was very efficient. We also tried some of their homemade ice cream which was fantastic. Would definitely recommend trying their ice cream.
All in all, a very nice cafe to stop by and have a meal after the hike.

Great coffee prior to or after the Steps :-) my almo flat white was amazing while friend’s cappuccino was a bit disappointing ~ also, u will be amazed at how large the LARGE cup is here! Biggest ever haha

Avoid unless you can't be bothered driving somewhere good nearby. I ordered a the meal with poached egg and kale for $27, extremely small portion for the price and the kale was so salty I had to spit it out. Service was slow, we waited a long time. The only plus side is you don't need to get in the car after your walk.

A beautiful place but over priced coffee compared to its quality.
I liked the service, the coffee was an ordinary one but highly over priced. The atmosphere is amazing.
Overall it is worth a visit

The place to be for a snack or grubs before or after and the nearest to the Kokoda walking track in lush forest. Coffees, teas, smoothies, sandwiches, burgers, sweets, omelettes, ice-creams...
Lots seats in and outdoor. Peaceful area and beautiful view around.
Staff are friendly.
