First time at St. Burgs, and wow, what a cool spot with amazing Filipino food! They've got everything from beef brisket to burgers and tacos. We tried the tacos and chicken tenders, and they were super juicy and a good size. The tacos had a ton of flavor, but you gotta eat 'em quick before the shell gets soggy from the brisket. The place was buzzing with locals, people grabbing takeout and dining in. The staff were really friendly, and we even got to chat with the owner. She was so nice, explaining all about the flavors and how she came up with them. I totally recommend checking this place out, but definitely book a table ahead, especially for dinner. The staff said the wait can be like 30-40 minutes because it's so popular. They have lots of seating both downstairs and upstairs. Oh, and the Ube drink? So good! Thanks for having us!

I finally tried St Burgs and wow the hype is real. The burgers are incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned, and stacked with fresh, quality ingredients that actually let the flavours shine. But the real standout for me was the brisket tender, smoky, and melt-in-your-mouth with that deep, slow-cooked richness you hope for but rarely get. You can tell there’s real care in the way the food is prepared, from the balance of textures to the generous portions. If you’re a burger lover or just chasing proper comfort food done right, this spot absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be back for another brisket fix.

Google Parent Tip

Lots of variety on the menu to choose from. The filo dish on the menu especially the chicken with spaghetti made me think of Jollibee back home in the Philippines. My children enjoyed their raising kyne's. Husband really liked the buffalo wings. Ube and green matcha smoothies were both good. Good place with lots of parking space around. The atmosphere and the service are both excellent. We will definitely come back.

Great menu. Great service. Great vibe. The hype was real, and it got better each visit. Ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Double-D Beef Smash Burger, Brisket Sandwich and a selection of sides, they all hit the mark. On first visit, was a bit shocked by the interest, as queue lines began from opening. The spacious, chill atmosphere gives a classic burger joint feel. Would def recommend this places to fam and friends, need more st.burgs across Melbourne.

If you’re all about bold flavour, crispy smash patties, elite chicken sandwiches and a side of Filipino fusion creativity, this is for you. First, the Double D is confirmed legendary status for its crispy, thin smash patties with char-kissed edges that never let up even when they’re slammed busy. And the Filipino “durg” touch is very real with the addition of the tomato and tangy gherkin relish, a true game changer and not seen on other smash burg varieties. The Fried Chicken Sandwich was next-level good and the Raising Kyne's is no dupe, bringing the heat inclusive of that Kyne's sauce and Texan bread that was so good we had it with everything. The Cheeseburger Lumpia spring rolls with special sauce tasted like nothing Id had before and the Durger Steak with Gravy tasted like it came straight off a Bunnings BBQ in the best way. The Palabok was a whole new obsession for being rich, fishy, porky but if that’s not your thing, there’s always the spaghetti.(a true Filipino homage). This is not just another “burger joint”, it’s an experience, a vibe, and something uniquely this side of Melbourne.
