Ordered half a chicken with extra bbq blasting and redeemed a free side of large chips. I also ordered a classic wrap meal and asked if I could replace the chips with the broccoli and the lady said that was fine. How ever I specially requested for all the food to come out all at the same time and of course it didn't end up like that. I got my half chicken first which was stone cold and I requested for it to be made again so she took my meal back to the kitchen and within 3 mins it was back at my table, the exact piece of chicken with heaps of steam showing above as I went to eat it automatically felt like it was warmed up in a microwave and tasted so dry in the middle of it! Again I complained and the lady admitted the kitchen warmed it up in the microwave and I said to her can you please tell them to make it again and give me a new piece of chicken, how every I was watching the kitchen and they put my chicken on the grill this time to warm it up at this point I was so frustrated because how hard is it to just make a new one ! So I quickly went to the lady and told her what I’m seeing and I said I want a new piece of chicken and finally got it! Honestly not good enough like why go through all that hassle just give the customer a new piece of chicken! Overall experience was really poor food quality below average! Food did not come out all at the same time which was really annoying it’s not hard just manage your dockets better ! To top off my experience broccoli was sent to my table and I asked the lady where are my chips and she responded you didn’t pay for chips this was really frustrating as I had her repeat the order back to me twice and it stated broccoli and chips even if you go back onto the ccv footage clearly states her saying my order how ever the manager came over and said that’s fine will bring you chips just pay for them ! It came across really rude I mean I was more and happy to pay for them but there a way to talk to people and exspecially after my bad experience with my chicken which she was well aware of you would think she would of delt with the chips situation in a better matter to win over the customer!!! How ever broccoli was also stone cold told them to take it away the lady asked if I wanted it remade I said no ! The classic wrap had more lettuce then chicken which was very disappointing I mean after all I did pay $12.50 for a wrap! I’ve been to this Nando’s numerous times and when the owner is here food and service is great and efficient if something is wrong he is very quick to resolve the problem with a smile and great attitude how ever I’m not sure if there are new owners but I’m very disappointed with the food quality I received today and the overall communication and service definitely not sure if I will be back unless somehow the owner wins me over
