First time at Chingu Korean BBQ Caroline Springs and came with a big family group visiting Melbourne — 11 of us all up.
Spent just over $900 and the menu had a massive range of raw meats and cooked dishes.
Wagyu steak was the standout, really good quality.
Complimentary sides are provided but you do need to ask for refills.
Loved the drink jugs — super handy when dining with a big group.
Plenty of parking and great location.

This local Korean BBQ was a nice surprise probably the best one near my place without having to head into the city. The meat was super succulent and melt in your mouth, with a good variety to choose from.
The fried chicken was also a surprise not dry at all and the egg omelette is a must try. Overall, it’s definitely worth checking out and I’ll 100% be back.
Only downside was the Coke Zero, which was pretty watery, but everything else was spot on.

This has always been our go to spot for Korean bbq and it never lets us down. Would recommend the staff there (especially the lady that assisted us, we were table 18) because she assisted us with the food and was very tentative to our table. We had a visitor from outside of Australia and he said it was one of his most favourite experiences here in Australia.

Had an awesome time at Chingu BBQ Caroline Springs! The food was super tasty — the meat was juicy and cooked perfectly. All the side dishes were fresh and delicious too.
Big shoutout to Nhi for her amazing service! She was so friendly and helpful the whole time, making sure we had everything we needed. Really made the experience even better.

Came here for a father's day dinner with the family and it was wonderful! Staff felt a little rushed but I suppose it was because it was so busy, but this did not take away the wonderful quality of the food and atmosphere. We were even treated with a performance for the families with younger children celebrating their birthdays, with a dressed up Cow, sparkles and cake, which welcomed the whole restaurant to sing along and clap with the children! Such fun!
