Curry Up Non Stop

Thank you so much curry-up and team for the catering service and presentation for my husband’s very special milestone birthday. The food was amazing. Pani puri was the hero dish of the evening in saying that people (guests, entertainers, photographer, venue owner) loved everything (starters, mains and desserts) that was served. And a lot of them asked for your reference. Majority of the feedback was that the ‘food was so authentic, not restaurant style, loaded with oil or color’. It was full of flavours and like yum home cooked food. Food quantity was more than sufficient for guests to have repeated serves. The service and communication was great too. They accommodated and was happy to cater to all our requests. So thank you so much once again.

Worst service I ever received here today. I got pan cooked chicken tikka, waited for 45 mins to get the order. I was told that its being made fresh, but it didn’t seem fresh at all was rather chewy and cut to make it cook faster. When complaint was made, I was told to come back to restaurant and show the chicken so that they can tell me if it is bad or not. Cooking quality of the chicken was poor and the taste was far below average. We have been their customer for more than 3 years, and they showed no faith in us rather chose to harass us by bringing chicken back. When told we chucked the rest in the bin, we were told to take it out of the bin and bring it to restaurant so that they can see if we are telling the truth. Upon returning I was only refunded for 1 serve when I ordered 2, excuse being that other serve I ordered was already eaten. Can someone please explain how would you know the taste if you wont try the food, especially when 6 people take one piece each and one serve is already gone. The owner needs to know what his staff is doing and should train his staff and may be get himself trained from some professionals who can teach him how to run a business. Never coming back to this place. Disappointed and Frustrated.
