I just had to review Kefta Slaps today after ordering from you on a weekly basis. We are regulars here after tasting the amazing OG slap, wow wow woow, I must say I am a fussy person when it comes to meat, because I don't like to eat meat from just any place and zankha smell, but the first time I had this kefta, wow so tasty, full of flavour with that smokey charcoal smell and taste, and then the pickle onions inside just made it next level.
Has NO zankha smell at all, and so amazingly cooked which is why this place has been a weekly meal for us. Last time we also tried the burger slap and you know what it tastes like? Like a whopper but 100 times better, the burgers are better at KEFTA SLAPS that's for sure!!
We are locals to the area which is a big bonus to us because we can have these great meals anytime I don't feel like cooking.
Excellent, well done Kefta slaps, I have recommended you and will continue to do so to many more people. Wish you great success.

We stopped by and tried a few of their dishes, and everything was genuinely so good. The quality of the food was impressive , fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The portion sizes were generous too, especially with the wraps being served with fries, which made it feel like a proper meal, not just a snack.
The OG Slap and Lebanon Slap both had their own flavour profiles, and you can tell they put care into what they serve. Also really appreciated how friendly and welcoming the staff were, super chill and easy to talk to. Overall, great food, good vibes, and definitely worth a visit!

Kefta Slaps is a 100% halal food truck located in a little food truck area at 12 Walters Street in Craigieburn.
Kefta is minced meat (usually beef or lamb, they use lamb) which is seasoned with a blend of spices, formed into kebabs, meatballs or patties. Here, they spread it all over a pita, cook it over a flaming charcoal grill, fill it with ingredients and roll it into a wrap.
✔️ O.G Slap - unlike the rest, this one is made with Saaj bread! It’s cooked, packed with a special onion and spice mix and tahini, before going back on the grill to crisp up further. It has a strong pickled/vinegar flavour. You can taste the meat the most in this one as there are less ingredients!
✔️ Mediterranean Slap - all the flavours of a souvlaki, without the heaviness! Salads, tzatziki and yes - chips!
⭐️ Burger Slap - our favourite, tastes just like a burger, so delicious!
✔️ Chips - they are well seasoned and stay crispy!
✔️Dessert Cups - essentially a trifle, filled with sponge cake, cream, custard and fruit with different sauces. The Biscoff one was unreal, Pistachio wasnt sweet enough for us, we wish we got the Bueno instead!
✔️ Mocktails - we loved the Mountain Dew Passionfruit and the Sprite Berry Blast. Sweet, but satisfying.
The “slaps” range from $16-18 and we thought everything we had was really delicious! I think this is a real gem find. A few other food trucks around with some cultural eats which is great to see. Theres outdoor and indoor seating too if you’re concerned about the weather!

Uuuffff Tasty and probably one of the best take aways in the Craigieburn area! Garlic bread is without a doubt, the best ive eaten in my 39 years of breathing on this earth 🤣 Chips were crispy, seasoned to perfection and NOT oily. We got the burger and the mediterranean slaps *CHEFS KISS* no other words to describe it. We will defs be back!

Just tried their Kefta wrap and man was it so good, you can definitely tell they bake their own bread and also they gave us a complementary garlic bread which was the best garlic bread I have ever had in my life!
Definitely recommend!
