I recently went to Dejawu Authentic Cuisine, and honestly, the food was absolutely amazing. Everything tasted so fresh and full of flavour, you can really tell it’s made with love and care. The dishes were super authentic, just like homemade food, and every bite had that perfect balance of spices. Definitely some of the best food I’ve had in a while!
The only reason I rated 4 star on the servicewas because it felt like the staff couldn’t wait for us to finish and leave. There wasn’t much warmth or effort to make us feel welcome, which was disappointing because the food itself truly deserves better presentation and hospitality.
That being said, I’d still go back because the food speaks for itself, rich flavours, generous portions, and a real taste of authentic cuisine. Hopefully next time the service matches the quality of the food, because the kitchen team is doing an incredible job.

Absolutely love this Turkish breakfast spot! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, it feels like a little piece of Türkiye right here. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and even during busy times they’re great at accommodating walk-ins.
The food is fantastic, beautifully presented and full of flavour. There’s a great range of spreads and dishes to choose from, with prices starting per person, making it perfect for sharing with friends or family. Every visit has been consistently excellent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an authentic Turkish breakfast experience!

We ordered their Grand Serpme (serpme kahvaltı), sujuk pide, and lahmacun, and everything was perfect. The flavours were rich, fresh, and authentic — you can really taste the quality. The sujuk pide came out hot and full of flavour, the lahmacun was thin, crispy, and delicious, and the breakfast spread was generous and beautifully presented.
The owner was extremely friendly and made the whole experience even better. Great service, great portions, and incredible taste. Highly recommended!

EDIT: After going back because I loved it the first time so much, we waited 10 minutes specifically for an outside table because the man told us they’re nearly done, he will clear the table and we can order. We waited and the people left, he proceeded to give the table to some ladies who already finished eating at their table inside because they wanted to finish their stuff outside, expecting us to wait even longer and said “I’m stuck what do I do”
Disappointing and rude treatment
