I have lived in Pakenham a long time and over the years this KFC has not been good freshness and quality of food was crap. But i have been a few times these past couple of months and they have been on point with everything freshness and quality of food have been really good. Who ever has been managing this place has done a great job teaching the employees the right way. Keep up the good work. ❤️

Not sure while I go back here. Very rarely eat KFC, maybe 6 times a year. Every time at this outlet something is wrong. Last time, took the order, pay then get to the last window for pickup and told not enough chicken- why not tell people when they are paying? Time before that coleslaw and potatoe left out of deal not noticed till got home. This time chicken is overcooked. Staff are generally upbeat and friendly, but the food is sub-par.

I have been there a few times lately. I asked for hot chips, and they provided them. The staff were polite, and Ava was brilliant. She made sure that my order was correct, my chips were delicious, and the whole meal was great. Ava is management material; her customer service is excellent.

Found hair in the bottom of my go bucket, did not even realise until I was half way finished eating. How disgusting on the managers for not ensuring team members or even managers hairs tied back! 😡😡😡🤢🤢
