One of the best Hungry Jack's establishment in Melbourne. Food served the right way, right portion, right quality. Service was efficient and courteous. Altough I ordered during dinner time and queue was long, only waited less than 10 minutes. The fries done today just mind blowing; right crunch, right colour, right texture, right seasoning, right temperature; had not had fries at this level for a very long time. Establishment side: strategic location, spacious parking, clean-spacious-plenty-seats dining area, and clean-working-properly sized toilets for a fast food joints.

Don’t bother.
I had a 26 minute wait because the staff forgot about us. When got I out of the car and questioned this, the cashier told me “the kitchen messed up and had to re-cook the food”. For consolation, the cashier gave me some extra chips. Those chips were hot. Everything else in the bag - my original order - was cold. So, no, they weren’t re-cooking the food. The cashier lied to cover for the kitchen’s incompetence.
Any single cent spent here is a cent wasted.

What a filthy place…needs a good clean….toilets were very unclean, manager Non communicating, wouldn’t respond in a professional manner at All, We need this place Inspected by The Health department asap, what’s going on in this place nowadays, This Incompetent Manager couldn’t run a Chook Raffle, let alone a Hungry Jacks Store, what’s wrong with this picture I ask anyone else if They too have had such a horrid experience at this particular Hungry Jacks Store too?
The Head Office really needs to review this Managers credentials, it’s not adding up, she’s not professional at all.

There is no one sitting and eating here. A few customers are waiting too long to get the orders. Girl making coffee took 15 mins to make 2 latte a d 1 mocha. This is why mc Donalds is doing well. No management here everyone is just walking in the kitchen. My burger is good but for some reason it was tasteless a d the mocha I got can't drink as it is bitter and it is not mocha. They need proper manager and more training. I won't be returning here. This is the first and the last time.

Absolute joke of a place. Waited 30 minutes for ONE chicken burger because “meat wasn’t ready” — then stop taking orders, geniuses. When the burger finally arrived, the patty was dry, overcooked, and basically inedible. Total waste of time and money. Worst burger, worst service, worst Hungry Jack’s experience of my life.
