I am extremely disappointed with my recent order at Nando’s. The chicken we received was completely burned and overcooked to the point that it was not edible at all. It was a full chicken meal for me and my young one, and neither of us could eat it.
It was very upsetting, especially when ordering for a child. This was a complete waste of money and not the quality I expected. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their food quality control.

AVOID! I wish I had read the other reviews before going to this nandos.
Very disappointing experience. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it was finally done the chips & other items were cold. Out of the three staff working at the time, only one seemed to know what they were doing, which unfortunately showed in the overall service.
To make matters worse, we became unwell afterwards and especially with someone who is pregnant it is extremely disappointing as you expect the food to be better quality and fresh. This seems to be a common theme upon reading other reviews.
This has completely put us off returning. Definitely not the standard you’d expect from Nando’s.

Foods are good. Just the portion is not that big, especially for the chickens ribs. I was expecting more ribs like they have in their pics.
Price a bit pricey according to the portion.
But the vibe and atmosphere are good. 👍🏻

Great customer service and food.
On Saturday all family went to dine in at Nandos.Having three little kiddos, having to settle the younger one, the manger immidiately came out with a little bawl of chips to settle the toddler, so we can leisurely order. Appreciate it.
