Came for a birthday celebration and we had a pleasant experience. Food was mainly dishes that were finger foods / easy to share amongst a group, but it was still enjoyable. There was unlimited soft serve as well which was a great highlight to end the meal! It was a quite loud making it a little hard to talk but it was very busy so that’s explainable. Left feeling very full and satisfied 🥰

Hubert Estate is a gem, boasting a breathtaking view with a vast green slope right next to the restaurant—perfect for a relaxing sunbathing break between lunch courses. The Margherita and Calabrese pizzas were outstanding, bursting with flavor and perfectly executed. The spicy burrata cauliflower was a surprising highlight, leaving a strong impression with its bold taste. The tiramisu, however, didn’t quite match the same level of excellence. Overall, a delightful dining experience in a stunning setting, well worth a visit!

A tempting assortment for the pallette. Rissoto was well balanced in texturing and taste, Pizzas are precisely roasted with an assortment of well placed toppings. The desserts were also top-notch. But the atmosphere was way tpo crowded and noisy. Get a reservation beforehand.

St Hubert Estate, Yarra Valley, Melbourne: One of the oldest wineries in Yarra Valley, St Hubert traversed a long and successful path since 1862. Newly renovated - aesthetics and luxe quality marry to create a modern and premium wine experience. The wine cellar is ingeniously carved out of a gentle hill. Brutalist concrete pave the Wizard of Oz path into the cavernous wooden interior. Generous sunlight pours through the glass windows which provide the green vista of rows of grapevines. A lone man on his tractor weaves around and it’s a hypnotic sight. Tastings are incredible value - $20, including a bottle which you can whisk home. Karl did a spectacular job with the tastings. Yarra Valley is known for the light bodies – chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot grigio. Shiraz isn’t full bodied like the real shiraz. The showstopper here is rose – almost several shades lighter than blush, it’s light, fruity and dangerously delectable. They truly get topnotch quality too – we’re talking about Zwiesel Schott glasses and Zanetti chairs. It’s one of the pretty wineries and there’s an art gallery to boot. It’s a must-stop in your Yarra Valley holy grail. #eatstylishtravelstylish
