Had an amazing experience at Four Pillars Distillery! Angus provided excellent service and made the visit really enjoyable.
Tried their G&T paddle and even got a complimentary Christmas gin, which was a lovely surprise. We also ordered the Olive Leaf G&T separately—loved it! The free tastings they offer are a great way to explore their range, and we ended up buying the Olive Leaf G&T to take home.
Friendly staff, great service, and fantastic drinks—highly recommend visiting!

We had an exceptional experience at Four Pillars Gin Distillery today. Highlight of our trip - all thanks to David for the wonderful fun tasting session. Not only did we get to try the different 5 gins, he also shed light onto the story and history behind each of them, as well as the ingredients and distillery process. David is an absolute joy to talk to and we feel so blessed to have been paired with him today. You can tell how enthusiastic he is about Four Pillars Gin and how much he loves life. And of course, we spared no penny when it came to shopping for the gins and merch! Thanks David for everything you did for us today 💖

What an amazing experience! We took part in a gin tasting and had the chance to try five different Four Pillars gins. Dave was an absolute delight — he explained the distillation process and shared fascinating insights into the incredible flavours behind each gin. As someone from the UK, it was great to share Warner’s gin too! I’d highly recommend a visit, and you have to try the Bloody Shiraz Gin!!

I can’t believe they have a happy hour (2 hours) on a Friday night! Half price gin cocktails. And Four Pillars make some of the best cocktails I’ve had. Each time we visit there are some great additions to their seasonal menu along with their classics. A good selection of food to - snacks and full meals.
We enjoyed the Gin and Tonic tasting in the distillery mezzanine as well. Being talked through their different gins and trying them with different tonics is a great way to explore their offerings.

We visited Four Pillars yesterday and were so impressed by how friendly and welcoming all the staff were. We had Cooper for the G&T tasting and Brandon for the distillery tour - both were absolutely incredible. We also met David, who entertained us while we waited for our next session and even treated us to some Shiraz Gin. SO good!
Highly recommend this place. Great people, great vibes, great gin.
