OHD Coffee is a lovely cafe with warm decor and an inviting vibe. It's ideal for a brunch with friends, or a relaxing sit down with a cup of coffee. We had a couple of coffees, a fried chicken burger, a classic big breakfast, and a shakshouka.
Pros:
- Absolutely delicious coffee. Each coffee is properly prepared, one at a time. We would go back for the coffee alone.
- Decently priced coffee and big breakfast.
- Not loud.
- Diverse menu.
Cons:
- The fried chicken burger was very basic and overpriced.
- The shakshouka was small, watery, and overpriced.
- The big breakfast eggs were undercooked and some of the whites were still runny. This wasn't a specific problem for me, but others might not like it.
- The hollandaise was extremely buttery, and not very nice to eat.
In summary, it's almost worth going to OHD just for the coffee. The food is ok for a breakfast or lunch, but be prepared to pay a bit more than you'd like, for a bit less than you'd want.

Amazing brunch by the OHD team! The fava beans in the shakshuka were a game changer, and the eggs benedict was delicious😋perfectly poached eggs with a generous amount of hollandaise. Loved every bite.

OHD Coffee Bar is one of my absolute favourite new local spots!
I don’t usually drink coffee, but their mochacchino is my go-to - perfectly creamy and comforting.
Their chai is hands-down the best I’ve ever had — rich, aromatic, and full of flavour.
The food is absolutely divine and of such high quality — you can taste the freshness and care in every bite. And of course, their margaritas are a must-try! They’re famous for a reason - delicious, refreshing, and the perfect weekend treat.
The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, with a lovely community feel.
The staff are wonderful, and Meladi, the manageress, truly goes above and beyond to make every visit special.
Whether you’re there for brunch, a drink with friends, or a quiet unwind, OHD Coffee Bar never disappoints. Highly recommend!

OHD is very cosy and a wonderful place for having brunch in.
This is my 2nd visit to OHD in Maddingley.
Each dish has its own taste, texture and ingredients.
The portions are filling and just enough.
The menu range is also quite eclectic.
Personally, I feel the Chef is awesome because the love for cooking good food comes across in the choice of ingredients, taste, appearance and presentation style.
I love the ambience and the position of this Café.
It's so worth driving all the way to Maddingley just for the food at OHD.

I absolutely love this place! My daughter and I had the Christmas lunch menu today and it was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, the Christmas decorations perfect, the music great, and the service fantastic as usual. The meals, drinks, and service here are always awesome. It's my favourite place!
