Placed a 3box feed with no salt on chips...had to wait 20min before I got my meal...after they cooked 2 loads of chips and poured salt over the lot.....its a joke of customer service Look at pictures...quality of food is a joke.. Quality control is run by nobody

We had to wait 50 minutes for two chicken burgers and some chips. I ordered from the kiosk but there was nothing to warn about a wait of over 30 minutes. Everyone waiting was clearly agitated. We could have made a more informed decision to not order had we all known we were going to have to wait 50 minutes for "fast" food.

I ordered an upsized burger box but when I got my food it wasn’t upsized and I told them I ordered upsize but the guy who served me was quite rude telling me over and over again I didn’t order upsize, a red head girl walked out and asked what the problem was I told her what had happened and so did the young boy who served me and she took his side saying rudely again, “we are just doing our job (which is fair enough) so if you didn’t ask for upsized don’t complain” . My daughter who was with me even heard me ask for upsized so I know I’m not lying. Once they finally changed my chips to large they squashed the chips into the box. I was applaud by the rudeness by the 2 young people. Wouldn’t have minded if it was a simple I’m sorry I’ll fix it but it wasn’t.

How ridiculous!! Never have i ever seen ANY retail place refuse to take orders just because they are busy!! I suggested to take my order on the computer and happy to wait for order to be prepared, but told they cannot/ will not process my order, would need to come back in 20mins.. Wonder how many sales the store loses tonight..?

This is our usual stopover when we are traveling from Melbourne to Sydney. Its the second time i have experienced extremely rude and racist behavior from the staff particularly from Emily who is the manger there. I’d sincerely ask the management to look at training their staff on how to treat customers with respect. This kfc is on highway and being visited by many tourists. Don’t tarnish the australian reputation as a racist country for god sake.
