Worst experience ever. We spent over $90 and this was the size of the chicken everything was over cooked and dry. Looked like it had been recooked a few times. Normally we have great food from here so was very disappointed.

Food was fine. Service was a quick ‘have a good day’ which is okay since we used the self serve machines. I am more concerned about how filthy all the surfaces were. The chairs and tables covered in rubbish, bits and pieces of food on the floor, bins overflowing…. Went to get napkins out of the bag to wipe down the surface so we could sit but nothing, went up to the counter to ask for napkins or even someone to spray it and I called out twice as there was a person packing orders but no response and still no napkins to wipe down the table to put our food. If this is how the eating area is maintained I’d hate to think what the kitchen looks like….

Terrible experience. Worst KFC I have ever been to. Chicken was over cooked and dry. The chicken drumstick was the size of a small chicken wing. Chips were overcooked. The potato and gravy was more like soup it was so watery. Chicken nuggets were soggy. If I could do zero star rating I would still consider this too generous.

Can’t get an order right at all it happens every time we go there and then they DON’T pick up the phone
