31 Dec 2025 2pm . Very rude service from counter staff, young boy that took order saw us waiting, and let someone push in until we interrupted. No order number given no usual order questions and then told " no worries order done ". Then girl giving orders out was annoyed with me for not having my order number then grouchy I asked for a different drink- like id asked for her to recite the alphabet which I'm sure she would not be able to do, no thanks no manners and really rude. My husband said they're just depressed to work there- suck it up kids and do your job better.

I left my AirPods on one of the tables and the team held it on to it until I was able to comeback another day. Really refreshing to know good people still exist. Thank you guys and special thanks to Harry and Albi ❤️

Can here for lunch Food was cold, chips were ok salty like I asked just not fresh or hot. The chicken bacon cheese burger was ok cold the bun was old.

I understand it was grand final day and super busy however large chips can’t be that hard to fill up, it wasn’t even half filled, also soggy and not one grain of salt despite asking for extra. We got x2 large chips and a regular, as a total together they maybe would’ve filled a large.

Got served and the girl at the front had such an attitude. My friend had her order given to her wrong and when she asked for a replacement, she was quite blunt
